Fraude?

It seems something really terrible is going on. In SundaySundown #4 I played a song 'a story from a kiss' by Heath Vercher, but now, aparently is seems he ripped that song from some one else, namely Jon Schmidt. Now, I checked the page of Heath on the podsafe music network and noticed he took all the songs off, except for one. So does that mean this is true? In that case I have to rectify to Jon Schmidt I guess. For now I took off the link of this song in my shownotes, untill I found out wat is going on here.

Update:
Like the comment from Badger says, it seems that there indeed is something going on. I will rectify it in my next Sunday Sundown and have put a link from this song to the website of Jon Schmidt.
